FAQs & Policies

We appreciate your support for my small farm! Your satisfaction is our priority. Our tuber guarantee ensures that your dahlia tubers will be true to ID, arrive with at least one visible eye, and have a healthy tuber body. Kindly examine your tubers upon receipt, and reach out to us at bloomcroft.dahlias@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. Please include photos in your email.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after 10 days. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage caused by adverse weather conditions, pests, field conditions, negligence, or plant performance.

We take cuttings from our healthiest and most vigorous dahlias.  Our rooted cuttings are grown indoors with no access to outdoor pests. Cuttings are rooted in a soil-less substrate. We guarantee our cuttings will be well-rooted and be true to variety, however, Bloomcroft is not responsible for loss due to weather or sub-optimal growing conditions or practices.

All orders are will be shipped via USPS flat rate priority mail. Sorry, shipping is restricted to the USA. Tubers will be shipped in April of 2024 and you will receive your tracking number via email once a shipping label is generated!

Local pick-up is unavailable this year. Please take a look at our shipping FAQs for more information.

When you receive your package, it is essential to open and inspect it immediately. If you are not ready to plant your tubers, store them in a frost-proof or freeze-proof location with the bag open to allow them to breathe. Do not store your tubers in the fridge or a hot or humid location.

If you believe there is an issue with your tubers, please email us within ten days of receiving your package at bloomcroft.dahlias@gmail.com with detailed photographs.

Please be patient upon planting, as it can take up to 8 weeks for your dahlia tuber to sprout and grow above the soil. Overwatering the tuber when it has not yet sent up a sprout above the ground can cause it to rot. Therefore, please do not overwater in the early growth period.

Dahlia tubers do not like to be exposed to any extreme conditions (hot/dry or cold/wet) at the start of their growing season. They need moisture, but not too much as they begin growing.

Due to the high volume of orders that we are expecting we are unable to combine orders or combine shipping on separately placed orders.

Please note some of the dahlias have limits on the number of dahlia tubers you can purchase and are clearly noted in the product title and product description.

We do not allow order changes and we are unable to cancel or refund orders once they are placed, so please shop wisely!

We do not offer substitutions due to potential stock loss. If there are any unexpected issues with storage between when you place the order and when we ship it, we will refund you the price of the tuber(s).
