Dahlias are pure joy on a stem! Dahlias are gorgeous flowers and come in every shape and size imaginable – from giant dinner plate dahlias with 10″ plus blooms to itsy-bitsy pompon dahlias less than 2″ – and everything in between. Nothing makes me happier than spending time in the sun and tending my dahlia garden. It’s fantastic to plant a brown dahlia tuber in the spring and watch it grow into a majestic plant that produces a never-ending supply of gorgeous blooms all summer and into fall.
